Tour itinerary

Day 1-2

Amboseli National park, Game drive, View of Kilimanjaro peak, Maasai village and dance

We arrive in Nairobi and leave for Amboseli National Park (up to 4 hours on the way). After checking into a lodge near the entrance to the park we relax, enjoying the sounds of the wild.

In the morning we begin our first game drive. Amboseli is the best place to watch African elephants. We can also see cheetahs, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, leopards and zebras. But the main attraction of the park is the snow-capped peak of Kilimanjaro, which can be seen in the distance. A stunning picture will open to us - African animals against the background of the highest mountain on the continent!

After lunch we will stop by the village of Maasai, probably the  most recognised tribe of Africa. We will see their distinctive huts, bright national clothes and traditional jewelry. And then the Maasai men will dance their famous warrior dance for us. Maasai boys only become men when they can prove their skill in this dance!

Day 3-4

Mombasa city, Colonial architecture, Fort Jesus, Diani beach

Early in the morning we leave for the city of Emali (2 hours on the way) and board a train. At noon we will arrive at the city of Mombasa, the country's main port and explore the historic quarters of the city, where Arab culture has mixed with Indian, and British architecture stands next to Portuguese. Next, we visit Fort Jesus, a Portuguese fortress from the 16th century, where we can learn some of the fascinating history of the East African coast.

In the evening we leave for the best beach in Kenya, Diani (1.5 hours on the way) and check into a hotel on the ocean shore. We enjoy a fresh seafood dinner and enjoy the beach.

The next day is free. Soak up bright sun, white sand and transparent warm ocean.

Day 5

Lamu town, Unusual houses, Trip on the traditional boat, Fresh seafood

In the morning we fly to Lamu, a very picturesque town on the ocean. We check into a hotel and head out to explore the maze of medieval streets, observing unhurried life. Have you noticed that the old houses here are built of coral stone, and the doors are decorated with carvings and metal? Very unusual. But Lamu is mainly known as the city of donkeys. Automobile transport is prohibited here, and goods are transported on donkeys. There are hundreds of these adorable animals here!

We will watch the sun go down into the ocean on the deck of a traditional sailing boat. And enjoy dinner of the freshest seafood, which will be prepared for us on the boat.
