Tour description

We will start our trip with noisy metropolis of Mexico City, where we will explore the historic center and visit the main city of the ancient Aztecs, Teotihuacan. Then we will head to Yucatan peninsula, discover Mayan culture and enjoy Caribbean islands. This is the region of unique cenotes (caves and grottoes with underground crystal clear lakes) and one of the seven new wonders of the world - Chichen Itza. We will finish the adventure with snorkeling and diving on the island of Cozumel.

Tour itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Mexico City. After check in at the hotel in the historical center we will walk around the city and taste the pulka (traditional drink of the ancient Aztecs). We will finish the evening listening to traditional mariachi music.

Day 2

Excursion to the complex Teotihuacan – one of the largest ancient cities of Mexico. Here you can find the famous pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

Day 3

Walking through Mexico City, visiting Museum of Anthropology, free time after lunch. You can visit museums, exhibitions and go for shopping.

Is this trip for you?

This trip is of easy physical grade. It includes long walks around the cities and archaeological complexes, water activities (cenotes, beaches of the island of Cozumel). We will be moving around by bus, ferry, public and leased transport and take one internal flight.
