This tips is of average physical grade. It is suitable for most people in average physical shape. The trip includes walks in cities and national parks. We will be moving around in buses and boats. Accommodation in double/twin rooms of tourist class hotels. Most will have hot water and wi fi internet.

The price of the trip includes:

• Accommodation during the entire trip;
• All transportation including buses, boats, taxi and public transportation during the entire trip;
• Entance tickets to parks, Copan, waterfalls and rafting;
• Professional guiding services.

To be paid separately:

• Flight to Tegucigalpa and from Tegucigalpa back home;
• Bus from Copan to Tegucigalpa ($50+$20 for one night in the hotel);
• Insurance (mandatory);
• Food ($10-15 per day);
• Diving (OWD, AOW, Rescue costs $275), 2 dives $70, 10 dives $300), snorkeling ($20), kayaking ($10-20);
• Entry fee to Honduras ($3).
