This trip is of easy physical grade. It includes walks in cities and towns. We will be moving around in buses and trains, as well as use metro and other public transportation. We will spend two nights in trains. Accommodatio in double/twin rooms of tourist class hotels and guesthouses. Almost all of them will have wi fi internet. 

The price of the trip includes:

  • All transportation, including trains, buses, taxis, metro and other;
  • Accommodation during the entire trip;
  • Breakfasts in some hotels and guesthouses;
  • Professional guiding services.

To be paid separately:

  • Flight to Tehran and from Baku back home;
  • Insurance (mandatory);
  • Entry tickets to museums, parks, palaces and other places of interest ($200);
  • Food ($15-25 per person per day);
  • Visas.

Tour itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Tehran, checking into a hotel. It is here that we begin our group trip to Iran and Azerbaijan! We will visit the museum of national treasures in the Central Bank of Iran. This unique collection of jewelry, encrusted weapons, clothing and furniture is more than 500 years old. We will visit the royal palace of Golestan, with its marble throne room, the diamond hall and others. After lunch, a walk through the Grand Bazaar - one of the biggest covered markets in the world.

Day 2

We will visit the modern symbols of the capital - the Freedom Memorial on the Azadi square and Milad tower. Lunch, departure to Isfahan (about 6 hours on the way). Arrival in Isfahan at night, checking into a hotel.

Day 3

We will visit the Imam Square, surrounded by several ancient mosques and known as one of the largest squares in the world! Also we will visit the bazaar and dine in the restaurant of traditional cuisine. We stroll through the Persian park Chekhel Sotun, which was built by Shah Abbas II in the 17th century. The highlight of the park is a Forty Columns palace - 20 columns are real, and another 20 are reflected in the lake. We will also see the famous Isfahan bridges, in particular, the famous Joubi - the 147-meter bridge of the XVII century. We might also visit an impromptu concert in the evening.
